ARTIST in the film, Elizabeth Michael 'Lulu', has asked the National Assembly to modify the rules of prisons in their ongoing sessions in Dodoma.Speaking to Tanzania Daima in Dar es Salaam yesterday, said Lulu from staying there for one year, has seen a lot of things that needed to be amended.
