MP AFUTIWA WARRANTIES AND GO TO COURT AND ordered remanded for 14 days .....

Also, the MP has been asked to submit his credentials to the police station and was detained from outside the district withoutapproval of the court.
 
Resident Magistrate in charge of the district court Faustine shenyi has made the decision today after the prosecution accused afutiwe request bail.
Trustees who are Shellifu Ngelezya , Max Cauliflower and Konsolata Machemli have lost their sponsorship reputation so has been deleted .
The prosecution of the police force , Inspector Samuel Onyango said defendant intentionally failed to reach the court more than five times without disclosure ikitajwa during his trial .
Late last month, the judge ordered one of his sponsors , Max Cauliflower him in custody for seven days and had to post from today ( November 6 ) reaches up there and accused along with his sponsors .
In his defense , Machemli said the court had failed to arrive as scheduled because the date of his trial coincided with the sessions.
The case imeahirshwa up on 20 this month.
The MP is facing charges of sedition.
The police prosecutor , ASP Denis Rwiza alleged that the defendant had committed an offense which faces , October 23, 2011 in the village of the island Nyamanga Ukara while repent rally organized by Chadema .
He said the defendant deliberately incited people to commit an offense of direct attack to take the difficult decision to stop them , even attacking traditional weapons including clubs, machetes and sticks any police officer will go in search of suspects at night to the island.
